The relationship examined is specific to the test type ordered. If you wish to switch the test type and test a different relationship, such as changing a paternity test to a sibling test, or an avuncular test to a grandparent test, please contact our Customer Support Team by completing a Support Ticket with your case number (starts with “J”). Please note that additional fees may apply.
PLEASE NOTE: You must obtain prior authorization from us to change your test type. DO NOT submit your samples without this authorization. If you submit your samples without this authorization your test will be run as it was initially intended. Once the test is complete we cannot change your test type, you will need to purchase a new test.
