If you have questions about your order shipping status, please check your email, as we provide tracking numbers for all DNA collection kits we sent. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk/bulk mail folder prior to contacting us. The email notification for kits shipped will come from USPS.com.
You can track your shipment of your DNA samples by using the tracking number of the prepaid label provided, or the tracking number from the carrier of your choice you are sending your samples through.
When contacting the Customer Support Team about your order, delivery at the lab, or your results, please complete a Support Ticket. You will need the following information:
- Name of the person ordering the test
- Email address listed on the order form
- The Journey Genetic Testing order number
Support Tickets will be answered within 1 business day, during regular business hours.
