If the kit(s) has not yet been shipped, please complete a Support Ticket with the correct shipping information. If the test kit(s) have been shipped, you may incur the standard fee for a new kit, which will include a new prepaid FedEx Overnight label (USA only). This includes any kits that are returned as undeliverable to our offer.
If you would like the test kit to be re-shipped to a different shipping address, please contact our Customer Support Team and include the new address, in writing, using a Support Ticket.
